My name is Shreyash Maheriya, and Urbanrat started with nothing more than an idea, a laptop, and an obsession with technology.

I’ve always believed that technology should feel exciting, personal, and accessible — especially for the new generation that lives online. But when I looked around the market, most tech accessories felt boring, overpriced, or disconnected from what Gen-Z actually wanted.

So one day I decided: why not build a brand myself?

Urbanrat was not born in a big office or with investors behind it. It started in a small room, with endless late nights spent researching products, testing designs, building the website, and learning everything from scratch — packaging, branding, marketing, logistics, and customer experience.

There were moments when nothing seemed to work. Days when the website had visitors but no orders. Nights spent wondering if this dream would ever turn into something real.

And then one day… it happened.

The first order.

It was just a single order notification, but it felt like the biggest achievement of my life. Someone, somewhere, trusted a brand that barely existed yet. That moment changed everything.

From that day forward, the mission became clear — build something people genuinely love.

Slowly, one order became ten.

Ten became hundreds.

And before I even realized it, Urbanrat started receiving thousands of orders a day.

But the real success isn’t the numbers.

The real success is seeing people unbox our products, use them every day, and feel that spark of excitement we designed them for.

Today, Urbanrat is a brand built for a generation that moves fast, thinks differently, and refuses to settle for ordinary tech accessories.
